Nirooresan E&C Co. was established in 1994 as "Nirooresan Sepahan Engineering Co". The Company has increasingly aimed to provide engineering and executive services for industrial projects, particular building and urban facilities in accordance with its capabilities and experiences.

Since July 2016 Niroorsan Company has always changed dynamically due to the participation and cooperation of Jeytarh Engineering Co., and Setak Sanat Pjs engineering companies - the company's shareholding structure- consequently their synergistic combination of management and facilities have promoted the potential of execution in a diverse range of projects.

Nirooresan Company have merged 3 companies,  Nirooresan E&C Co., Jeytarh Engineering Co., and Setak Sanat in Nirooresan E&C Co. since July 2016. By adding their companies management and facilities the potential of execution have highly increased.
